White & Silver Christmas Tablescape

This post is sponsored by P&G. As always, opinions are 100% my own.

Our dining table is all set for Christmas! This year I decided to go with a simpler, white and silver Christmas tablescape.

I think we can all agree that the holidays can be quite crazy. I recently decided to try out Meijer’s Home Delivery service, shopped by Shipt, a grocery delivery service where you order what you need from Meijer and have it delivered straight to your door. I don’t have to leave my house in 30 degree weather and fight traffic, crowds and lines? Sold.

So while someone else was shopping at Meijer for me, I was at home getting our dining table ready for Christmas. My Shipt shopper did a great job of keeping me updated– telling me when she completed the order and was heading to our house. When she got here, she walked all of the items up to our door.

Little bits of glitter were left all over our table after setting out my trees, so I used Bounty paper towels to wipe up everything.

I used my Swiffer Sweeper to clean up around and under the table.

For the place settings, I used silver beaded placemats that I’ve had for years.. Then, I placed a plate from my late Aunt Pat’s china that she willed to me on top of the silver chargers. I topped the place settings with white cotton napkins that I inserted into snowflake napkin rings.

I’ve collected these different cone trees over the years. I’ve had the tallest silver ones for 10 years.

I decided to dress up the windows a little bit by adding this fluffy pom pom wreath to the center window. But to give it a little flair, I attached this fun mermaid sequin bow. The backing on the bow is a gold color, so when the sun shines through it the sequins appear more gold than silver.

I went with a silver and white tablescape because I didn’t want to compete with the pink Christmas tree and colorful corner I have going on in the dining area.

Since we have an artificial Christmas tree, I’ve been lighting this Febreze Fresh-Cut Pine candle. You’d never be able to tell that it’s a candle and not the smell of a real tree.

I love how the tablescape turned out, and how the trees sparkle when the sunlight hits them.

(Don’t worry, more info about the table and chairs is coming soon.)

You can get a $5 credit when you spend $20 across these P&G brands from from 12/11 – 1/4 (Tide, Downy, Bounty, Charmin, Febreze, Swiffer, Puffs). Check out Shipt for more details!
