White & Silver Christmas Tablescape
This post is sponsored by P&G. As always, opinions are 100% my own.
Our dining table is all set for Christmas! This year I decided to go with a simpler, white and silver Christmas tablescape.
I think we can all agree that the holidays can be quite crazy. I recently decided to try out Meijer’s Home Delivery service, shopped by Shipt, a grocery delivery service where you order what you need from Meijer and have it delivered straight to your door. I don’t have to leave my house in 30 degree weather and fight traffic, crowds and lines? Sold.
So while someone else was shopping at Meijer for me, I was at home getting our dining table ready for Christmas. My Shipt shopper did a great job of keeping me updated– telling me when she completed the order and was heading to our house. When she got here, she walked all of the items up to our door.
Little bits of glitter were left all over our table after setting out my trees, so I used Bounty paper towels to wipe up everything.
I used my Swiffer Sweeper to clean up around and under the table.
For the place settings, I used silver beaded placemats that I’ve had for years.. Then, I placed a plate from my late Aunt Pat’s china that she willed to me on top of the silver chargers. I topped the place settings with white cotton napkins that I inserted into snowflake napkin rings.
I’ve collected these different cone trees over the years. I’ve had the tallest silver ones for 10 years.
I decided to dress up the windows a little bit by adding this fluffy pom pom wreath to the center window. But to give it a little flair, I attached this fun mermaid sequin bow. The backing on the bow is a gold color, so when the sun shines through it the sequins appear more gold than silver.
I went with a silver and white tablescape because I didn’t want to compete with the pink Christmas tree and colorful corner I have going on in the dining area.
Since we have an artificial Christmas tree, I’ve been lighting this Febreze Fresh-Cut Pine candle. You’d never be able to tell that it’s a candle and not the smell of a real tree.
I love how the tablescape turned out, and how the trees sparkle when the sunlight hits them.
(Don’t worry, more info about the table and chairs is coming soon.)
You can get a $5 credit when you spend $20 across these P&G brands from from 12/11 – 1/4 (Tide, Downy, Bounty, Charmin, Febreze, Swiffer, Puffs). Check out Shipt for more details!

I would be scrap booking if someone did my shopping. 🙂
I would put up the Christmas tree and get to wrapping gifts!
Your house looks amazing! I’d spend the time with my family enjoy the cool, crisp air and sunshine! Merry Christmas
I would catch up on laundry and cleaning if someone else did my shopping.
Your Christmas tablescape is beautiful!
If I had someone else shop for me, I would use my extra time to craft and be with my family!
Love that table – those trees are awesome
I know you said more info coming but please let it be soon, I gotta know about that table and chairs. I am going for a similar look in my dining room, I’m obsessed with those chairs. Right now I have fabric on my chairs and it does not work with two kids under three. ? Can’t want to hear where you found everything!!
First we’ll make snow angels for 2 hours. then we’ll go ice skating. after that we’ll eat a WHOLE roll of Tollhouse cookie dough as fast as we can. and then to finish..we’ll snuggle.
Well, this is perfect timing because I have a baby due in April. So, as you can imagine, I would use that time to survive with my very first newborn!! I continually come back to your blog when trying to figure out what to put on my registry and have ready in the nursery and deliver bag, etc. Thank you for all the help you provide to new mommas like me!
P.S. I can’t wait for the post about those table and chairs- stunning!!
I would Crochet or knit or repaint my kitchen.
I’d cuddle more with my 3 year old….. and realistically, probably get a lot more cleaning and small projects done around the house!
Thank you for offering this!
I’d be doing something with our newborn 🙂
I would spend my time sewing and crocheting!
I’d be not dragging my 3 kids through the store 🙂
If I had someone shop for me, I’d get started on baking Christmas cookie and hopefully do some gift wrapping too.
I would be playing with my 8 month old inside our toasty house! (Love the pom-pom wreath!)
I would wrap all these presents staring at me still in the amazon boxes
Beautiful room! I would enjoy more quality time with my kiddos. ?
I know I should say I would be doing something productive around the house but let’s be honest I would probably be trying to survive the day with my two year old.
I would be taking a relaxing bubble bath!
I would spend my time with my family watching Christmas movies and drinking hot cocoa.
I would take a nap!! ?
I would spend my time doing fun things with my kids, reading or working out instead of having to go to the store. What a treat to get my groceries delivered to my door!
Love your new house and the table! I would use my extra time to settle into a Christmas movie with my little ones. Thanks so much for the giveaway!
I’d be able to spend more time letting my son hang out after story time at the library. We usually shop after story time and I always have the shopping trip on my mind and we don’t hang out as long as he’s like.
I have the next two weeks off work with my kids and I’d love to focus on them and skip the shopping.
I’d spend my time wrapping all my Christmas presents!
Grocery shopping with a toddler is not fun. I would spend my time creating fun memories as a family rather than dreading the chore!
How cute, I would spend my extra time wrapping gifts.
I would be cuddled up on the couch, hot chocolate in hand, watching Hallmark Christmas movies!
We have a 1 month old at home, so a subscription to shipt would be amazing – I’d spend my time cuddling, feeding, cleaning and getting more laundry done.
I would take a nap or a long hot bath with my extra time
This would be amazing to win! Oh gosh, what would I do with my extra time? Probably continue working on renovating my home and getting things ready for the holiday season and new year! Thank you very much. Also, love your photos, your home is beautiful! That tabletop is stunning and inspiring, would love to create something like that in my home.
More time with family!
